Payment is expected before or at the start of each session. If payment is not received by the start of session time then the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled. For your convenience, you are able to enter your credit or debit card into the Session Health secure portal for AutoPay.  I am able to take American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and HSA cards.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged a $75 Late Cancellation Fee. To cancel your appointment, please log in to the secure portal to send a secure message.

No Calls/No Shows are also charged $75.
