I currently accept some Aetna (including Meritain, Marpai and Gravie), BCBS of NC and Cigna Plans for North Carolina residents. I also accept Aetna (including Meritain, Marpai and Gravie) and Cigna Plans for South Carolina residents. If you are unsure of your insurance plan or what it covers, call the number on the back of your card for verification on your specific plan. 

If I don’t accept your insurance provider, I can provide you with a detailed receipt called a superbill. You can submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Payment is expected before the start of each session and you are responsible for your portion of the payment (co-pay, deductible, co-insurance, etc) at the time of services. If payment is not received by the start of session time, then the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled. For your convenience, you are able to enter your credit or debit card into the Session Health secure portal for AutoPay.  I am able to take American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and HSA cards.

Cancellation policy: Please cancel your appointment at least 24-hours in advance to avoid being charged a $75 Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee. I try to be flexible as we are all human but consistent issues with cancelling or no-showing will have to be discussed and could potentially lead to termination as outlined in my policies.
